The setup: ain the near future, gas-prices have hit thirty bucks and more a gallon (give it a couple months), so people finally quit driving. One intrepid adventurer is trying to make an engine that will run on vegetable juice, and, like a reverse Count Duckula, it instead runs on BLOOD! As the only man on the block with a working car, he suddenly attracts a lot of women, and violent hilarity ensues.
